Managing large volumes of visual content can be time-consuming. Files often need to be manually tagged with keywords to ensure they can be easily found later.
With automatic tagging, AI analyses the content of an image as soon as it is uploaded and automatically adds relevant tags. This means visual assets are immediately enriched with useful metadata.
The generated tags are displayed in a separate tab within the file details screen. From the free search field, these tags can be used directly to find images.
This makes searching for specific content faster and easier, even within larger image libraries.
For organisations working with multiple system languages, the feature provides additional benefits. The AI can automatically generate tags in multiple languages, allowing international teams to easily find the same content in their own language.
Although AI automates much of the work, full control remains with the user. Administrators can always edit, remove, or add tags whenever necessary.
The feature can also be enabled or disabled per customer, allowing organisations to decide whether and when they want to use automatic tagging.
