Managing large amounts of visual content often involves repetitive tasks, such as adding tags and organising files. AI can help support and speed up these processes. At the same time, the use of AI raises questions about control, transparency, and the use of data.
At Cordeo, we don’t treat AI as the end goal, but as a tool that helps people work more effectively.
Our AI features are designed to automate repetitive tasks and make visual content management more efficient, while ensuring that users always remain in control. AI provides suggestions and performs supportive tasks, but it does not make decisions about the content or management of files.
One example is automatic tagging. When images are uploaded, AI can analyse their content and suggest relevant tags. This makes content easier to find and reduces the time users need to spend on manual tagging.
AI-generated results are always visible to users. In the case of automatic tagging, for example, suggested tags are clearly displayed and can be adjusted, removed, or supplemented by administrators when needed.
In addition, the functionality can be enabled or disabled per customer. This means organisations decide for themselves whether and how they want to use AI within their environment.
The technology is not intended to recognise specific individuals and does not perform facial recognition. It also does not analyse emotions or behaviour, nor does it make automated decisions.
When developing AI features, careful handling of data is a key priority. We make conscious choices in this regard:
We work with specialised technology partners and ensure that the use of AI aligns with our broader responsibility for privacy and security.
We develop AI features with a practical approach: technology should make work easier, without organisations losing control over their content or the way they work.
Our principle is clear: AI supports, the user decides.
