Information security is of utmost importance at Cordeo. From the moment you open our application in your browser until the moment you close it, you can be sure that your data is safe. We are happy to inform you about our security processes.

Certifications

Safety is our top priority. Our ISO 27001 certification is proof of that. Cordeo is ISO certified, which means that we continuously conduct internal audits on all our security measures, including GDPR compliance. We have an annual audit from DEKRA, where our ISO 27001 certificate is renewed in case of good results.

Hosting

Cordeo's brand portal is hosted in Amazon's AWS cloud, specifically in Ireland (EU). Each region has three availability zones, so all data is stored in more than one physical location. Our critical systems are mirrored across multiple zones. This way we can direct traffic to another zone if this proves necessary.

Interesting facts

• Cordeo uses encryption in the transmission as well as during the storage of data.

• Daily snapshots are used to backup all data. These snapshots are also stored in the AWS Cloud.

• Multi-factor authentication is made available through SSO. So if SSO provider MFA is offered, it can be used when logging into Cordeo.

Monitoring

To ensure a safe and secure environment, constant monitoring and logging and a reliable notification system are essential. Nagios and DataDog are tools we use for monitoring. Our servers are also protected by anti-malware, web reputation, firewall, intrusion protection and integrity monitoring. The effectiveness of these systems is periodically tested through pen tests.

• The system is always available; It may of course happen that the brand portal is down for a very short time, but we will solve that for you in no time.

• All data is encrypted, so you do not have to worry that others can view data.

• Because we have a modern cloud platform, you can be assured that we stay up to date with the latest technologies and have the resources to keep our application moving with the times.
