Vocational education institution "Koning Willem I College" and Cordeo have joined forces. The organisation values a strong brand within their region of Northeast Brabant in The Netherlands, which as been especially important since their fusion with "De Leijgraaf", another educational institution. The desire to strive for optimal brand consistency has been present for a long time amongst Koning Willem I College.
Brand manager Martine van den Oever says: “A consistent use of the corporate identity is extremely important to us. It provides a clear and visually attractive brand that makes you immediately recognizsble to your target group.” With Cordeo, Koning Willem I College wants to improve the correct use of the corporate identity and improve the ordering process of communication resources. A brand portal would be key to support their colleagues with this, so that they can easily and quickly create and share collateral, both for online and offline use.
Koning Willem I College merged with De Leijgraaf in August 2022. Together they continue under the name Koning Willem I College. “We do this within the regions of 's-Hertogenbosch, Land van Cuijk, Meierijstad and Oss,” says board member Jos van Kessel.
Koning Willem I College opereert en communiceert in teamverband vanuit meerdere locaties.
Koning Willem I College operates and communicates as a unified team across multiple locations, making a brand portal an invaluable asset. It ensures consistent communication from all locations, whether creating online content or printed materials, ranging from training brochures and social media posts to roll-up banners for internship fairs.
Thanks to flexible templates enabled with the Adobe InDesign plugin, the brand portal safeguards the corporate identity, allowing the college to define fixed design elements while granting specific users the flexibility to make approved adjustments. This balance of consistency and adaptability enhances both efficiency and brand cohesion.
In addition to a powerful tool for creating and sharing communications, Koning Willem I College benefits from a dedicated environment within Cordeo for storing all their files. This feature allows employees to effortlessly locate images, documents, and other assets, ensuring they can be seamlessly integrated into new communication materials.
The implementation process and the launch of the Cordeo brand portal has been successful. The brand portal went live with all the options that Koning Willem I College wished for.
This solution includes a studio with customisable templates for creating the desired materials, a webshop for efficient print-on-demand services, and a digital asset manager, a comprehensive image and document library, for seamless file management.
We value this collaboration and are committed to maintaining this shared success!
