Kober childcare and Cordeo: working efficiently after a successful implementation

At the beginning of 2023, Kober childcare decided to collaborate with Cordeo. Meanwhile, the implementation has been completed. More than 200 locations of the organization are now busy creating and managing various professional communication materials in Kober's recognizable corporate identity.

Fast, easy and in real-time

Kober chose Cordeo because of the many possibilities of the system. It provides an optimal experience for both users and administrators. Kober is especially enthusiastic about the studio editor in real time. From now on, creating and adapting communication materials is much easier and faster. According to Kober, the modern system is visually appealing, easy to use and offers more flexibility than competing systems.

But the most important thing for Kober childcare is that all locations now have the freedom to create their own materials with their own content and message. Kober's strength also lies in the unique identity of each location. Each location has its own 'local color', but at the same time all locations are part of a single organization. This means that locations can now present relevant content in their own style, while always being faithful to Kober's corporate identity.

A nice implementation process

Kober colleagues Mariëlle Dop (marketing & communications advisor) and Anke Peeters (marketing & communications advisor) implemented the new program within their organization. Their relevant knowledge and insights were very helpful in the collaboration with consultant Hannah Beltman during the implementation. Also, documents can now easily be checked and provided with feedback. The cumbersome process of saving, downloading, checking, and repeating is something that belongs to the past.

Even employees who are less accustomed to creative tasks are able to work well with the different templates. The templates are easy to use and flexible in design. They ensure a uniform appearance, efficiency, and flexibility. All without compromising the corporate identity, quality, or consistency. This saves Kober a lot of time, hassle, and costs. In addition, employees frequently use the 'webshop functionality'. Promotional items can easily be ordered here. Setting up an internal workflow saves a huge amount of e-mail traffic.

For the future

Kober is still developing the templates and the system. The ability to continuously add new templates and new functionalities ensures that this childcare organization looks positively towards the future. “The reactions from colleagues are positive, that's what we do it for!
