Dutch State Lottery starts promotion campaigns
Tickets for the Dutch State Lottery are sold by many resellers. The Dutch State Lottery now offers promotion campaigns through the publication platform of Cordeo. The regional account managers and resellers determine together which campaign to run and the region managers fill out campaign data such as promotion period and address information and select a price. Filling out all relevant data only once they can create materials in many formats for the promotion campaign. Posters, table mats, flyers and saving cards are, after approval, delivered within 4 working days to the shop.
Online creation offers the State Lottery the possibility to gear the type of campaign and the winning price individually to the needs of the reseller. Loyalty campaigns contain for example flyers or saving cards for loyal buyers. Every reseller chooses their own promotion and matching campaign materials.
Cordeo has been advising the Dutch State Lottery since 2007 on how to increase efficiency of its marketing materials through the use of the publication platform. Results lists with winning numbers and Point-of-Sales materials have been created online ever since and have been error free. This has not only resulted in a faster process, but has also saved a lot of costs. The State Lottery is now expanding its services to also allow resellers to experience the benefits of online creation with the XLdoc software of Cordeo and an integrated logistic process with the print supplier.
