NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences chooses BrandSpot after tender

After a tender, NHL Stenden chose BrandSpot as their brand portal. BrandSpot stood out for its excellent quality-price ratio, and also seemed to be the appropriate tool to take up NHL Stenden’s challenge. Which one?

The challenge: Fusion between NHL University of Applied Sciences and University of Applied Sciences Stenden

Starting from 1 January 2018, NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences will become a reality. NHL University of Applied Sciences, renowned within the region, will join forces with internationally oriented Stenden University of Applied Sciences. Obviously, there are many matters to be taken care of and surely a little reorganization is always involved. Likewise, on a marketing level, a fusion brings about a new name and logo. Furthermore, a new corporate identity style is needed. All these changes should then be applied in all new marketing materials as soon as possible.

The solution: starting with brand portal BrandSpot

A renovation or launch of a new corporate identity style is often a very slow/lengthy process. Especially after a fusion, it is essential to start from scratch with the creation and storage of new marketing materials according to the new corporate identity in a very organized way.

Both Universities of Applied Sciences have had earlier conversations with Cordeo about starting with BrandSpot, but the ideal moment to introduce the brand portal was, of course, the fusion, which was already a prospect. With BrandSpot, NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences can easily and timely do the following:

  • Establish their new corporate identity style within the BrandBook;
  • Create new materials according to the new corporate identity style within the Studio;
  • Store new materials in the Library, DAM of BrandSpot;
  • Order print ready materials throughout the WebShop.

BrandSpot has been used before to renovate and re-adjust a corporate brand identity, and customers have always been pleasantly surprised by the fast pace in which their new corporate brand is made available. In addition, the use of the brand portal returns the control on costs to the customer. We are looking forward to a pleasant collaboration!
