Translations.com Integration
In XLdoc 5.7 full document translation services have been implemented. When this feature is enabled in your implementation, selected users can request translations for existing documents. This functionality will dramatically improve and speed-up your translation processes of documents.
This service is realized together with Translations.com (www.translations.com), a large player in the translation business. This company provides translation services for numerous customers worldwide.
When a user requires a translation the XLdoc Translation Manager automatically sends the request to Translations.com, including contact details and the text to translate in a proper format.
If required, Translations.com can contact the user before the translation starts to discuss details. Once the translation is ready Translations.com pushes the translated document back automatically to XLdoc. The translated document in PDF format is instantly ready for approval in XLdoc.
XLdoc maintains statuses of this process and actively informs the user.
The collaboration with Translations.com will greatly improve and speed-up translation processes of documents.
