XLdoc Ordering is an online catalog for ordering standard and customized brochures and stationery, such as letterheads and business cards. The application can be customized to the demands of the end-user and contains many functionalities: multiple authorizations/approver levels, extensive search and filter functions, minimum and maximum order quantities, price overviews, address management, cost center management, multivendors, etc.
XLdoc Ordering has an extensive catalog structure with authorizations. All departments have access to relevant materials. Furthermore, XLdoc Ordering can be used to order merchandise, office supplies and other materials such as bloc notes, pens, etc.
