The XLdoc Digital Asset Manager (DAM) is more than just an image library, because many file types can be managed and downloaded such as images, fonts, logos, PDFs, design files, videos, zip files, Word files, or any other digital assets existing in the company.

Users can use the advanced search functionality to retrieve photos and assets easily. Another way to locate files is the catalog tree structure, which is implemented specifically according to the customer’s wishes.

Furthermore, the XLdoc Digital Asset Manager contains all low-resolution files of approved documents.

Access is based on an advanced authorization system that ensures users only have access to authorized documents. Depending on their rights, the user is allowed to view, download or edit files.
