Create ‘simple’ documents with the XLdoc on-demand Studio
The XLdoc on-demand Studio enables the end users to create customized brochures, business cards, stationery, advertisements, posters, point-of-sale material and direct mailers. By filling in or selecting several fields in a wizard, a customized document can be created on-the-fly, based on a standardized structure. The result is displayed in a WYSIWYG format. The resulting documents are print-ready and can be ordered immediately.
Create ‘complex’ documents with the XLdoc Creation Studio
The XLdoc Creation Studio allows authorized users to edit existing documents, create new documents or generate new language versions online, based on existing templates.
Based on an approved design, the solution automates DTP (Desk Top Publishing). Without intervention of a graphic designer PDF files can be generated for low costs, ready for print. The end-user manages a consistent corporate style and messaging.
The application uses very flexible templates, with advanced possibilities such as automatic text fitting, optional picture positions, scalable pictures, scrolling text boxes, etc. This application is especially suited for creating standard print ready collateral such as leaflets, mailers, brochures, product data sheets and customer cases.
