Our solution delivers an approval workflow for both documents and orders.
Based on predefined settings one person can create a document and before it is published or can be ordered, an approval workflow is started. During this workflow, the document can be checked for language, content, image usage etc. by several people.
When an order is placed another workflow can be started and, based on cost center another user should accept the order, in order to adhere to budget guidelines.
