People prefer to read documents in their native language, which requires language versions. When you have a lot of documents in several languages it is hard to update them all and to distribute the updated documents in the organization. It's a time consuming and high cost exercise to maintain up-to-date documents in multiple language versions. As a result, many companies do not update their collateral as frequently as they should or do not at all provide documents in other languages except English.

Translators who are authorized to use the system can enter their translations directly in the content manager. The translator is able to immediately check if the translation fits within the template layout. The translator then produces print ready PDF files of your documents. No need any more for costly manual lay out and time consuming traffic. The workflow takes care of all authorizations and approval stages.
