Approach
Cordeo’s approach has three phases: analysis & advice, implementation and support. Each project starts with a smaller or larger analysis phase in which the processes of creating, managing and ordering are analyzed. This results in custom advice for improvement.
In the implementation phase, the XLdoc Suite and related solutions are implemented. Cordeo has a lot of experience in implementing XLdoc and can advise you perfectly. The implementation phase includes determining user rights, the creation of templates, uploading of items and training.
When the implementation is finished, you will be able to work with the system and your processes of creating, managing and ordering branded materials will be faster and easier. Cordeo wants to ensure the solution is successful and therefore in the third phase we focus on support, both on the processes and the system.
These phases makes Cordeo an involved party for marketing automation, from start to finish.
